Charlie Brown is a fierce negotiator, proactive, not reactive, and his ability to foresee, and address issues, even before they arise, then research and identify solutions are proven skills. His knowledge of the market, understanding of value, and involvement in all facets of the transaction, marketing, design, and contractor oversight give him a distinct edge as a broadly-skilled residential sales agent. His passion for interior design, social media and marketing experience is an essential combination in today’s competitive real estate market.

He attributes his success to his OCD like diligence, his attention to detail, his ability to provide ultra personal, concierge like service.

Whether he is helping a buyer find a place to call home, serving as a de facto acquisitions manager for developers or easing a seller through an emotional life transition, Charlie has a list of very happy and satisfied buyers and sellers. One defined by relationships and service, he approaches the business of real estate unlike that of most agents – he offers value to his clients. Charlie has anchored these attributes at the core of his pledge to his real estate clients, setting the tone for a journey that starts with exploring their goals and dreams.

Originally from the East Coast, Charlie graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. After spending many years operating some of the best restaurants in San Francisco, he decided to pursue his true passion in real estate. Charlie has been living in San Francisco for over two decades and has a familiarity with San Francisco that gives him a rare understanding of the City’s real estate.  

Passionate to his craft, he continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends. He is a self proclaimed “techie" and always on the cutting edge balancing technology and real estate. A father of two daughters, in his free time, you can find Charlie staying active rooting on the Giants at AT&T Park, bike riding the Golden Gate Bridge or relaxing on East Beach with his girls. An avid explorer of the city, he loves to try new restaurants and check out local events and neighborhood festivals.
